Order Processing

At GLO, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship throughout Mexico.

  • Standard Shipping: $50 MXN nationwide.
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $1,499 MXN.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Mexico City: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Rest of Mexico: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping details.

If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Delays

Although we work to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to high shipping volumes, weather conditions, courier service interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in the event of any delays.

Shipping Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.

GLO is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe your order has been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will work with the courier service to help resolve the issue in a timely manner.
